  1. Fiscal reform 2015. A new approach to determine a “permanent” representative office. Profit taxation of the non-resident’s representative office. Repatriation tax. Exchange rate difference. Electronic system of VAT administration and the new tax invoices.

  2. Selling of the main means, its registration and taxation in the non-resident representative offices. Business trip expenses in 2015. Alternative ways to support relationships with regional representatives. The sum paid out on account should not be sent to a payroll card. Warnings concerning the work with single tax payers (sole traders);

  3. Transferredpricing. Controlledtransactions. The risks of non-resident representative offices, whose amount of financing and delivery of commodities exceeds 20 million UAH.
